You’ll need:

• A bowl of water + floating flowers or herbs (lavender, rose, jasmine)

• A candle (white, silver, or pale blue)

• Crystals: Moonstone, Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz

• Essential oils: Jasmine, Roman Chamomile Frankincense

Steps:

1. Cleanse your space (I’ll be diffusing Spanish Sage + Frankincense).

2. Light your candle and gaze into the flame. Breathe deeply.

3. Whisper into the bowl of water what you’re ready to receive.

4. Place your crystals in a triangle around the bowl.

5. Anoint your heart and third eye with Jasmine

6. Speak this aloud:
