This week I asked:

✨ What shift is available to us now?

✨ What becomes possible when we embrace our leadership?

The cards that came forward created a beautiful and powerful story.

Card 1: Soul Contracts + Limitations

What ancestral or learned belief about leadership is holding us back?

These cards suggest that many of us are carrying an old story about leadership.

A story that says:

• Leadership is dangerous

• Visibility creates problems

• Success comes at a cost

• Being seen leads to judgement

The Limitations card shows how these beliefs become invisible ceilings within our lives and businesses.

Not because we lack ability.

But because part of us still believes it is safer to stay where we are.

Cards 2 & 3: Divine Service + Soul Gifts

What truth is our soul trying to remember?

This was such a beautiful reminder.

Your business is not just a business.

It is a vehicle for your gifts.

We already carry experience.

We already carry gifts that can help others.

The invitation is to trust what is already within us.

Cards 4 & 5: Soul Mates + Forgiveness

What emotional pattern is keeping us small?

This part of the reading felt deeply connected to relationships.

Many women fear that stepping into their leadership will change their relationships.

What if people don't understand?

What if people judge?

What if people leave?

The Forgiveness card suggests there may be old experiences, criticisms or disappointments that still influence how safe we feel being visible today.

Who taught you that it wasn't safe to fully be yourself?

Card 6: Balance & Flow

What shift is available now?

This card felt like a breath of fresh air.

Many of us have been taught that leadership requires struggle.

That success requires sacrifice.

That growth requires burnout.

Balance and Flow reminds us there is another way.

A more aligned way.

A more sustainable way.

A way that honours both our purpose and our wellbeing.

Cards 7 & 8: Growth & Uplevel + Divine Timing

What becomes possible when we embrace our leadership?

These cards brought such a hopeful message.

Your next level already exists.

Your future clients already exist.

Your future opportunities already exist.

You are not behind.

You have not missed your moment.

The cards remind us that growth becomes possible when we stop hiding from the very thing we are being called to become.
